Policy
We keep this simple. We are Stellation Labs ("we", "us", "our"), a systems consultancy operating at stellationlabs.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect data you actively give us through the contact form on our website:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Project type (optional)
- Your message
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any equivalent. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request — this is standard browser behaviour and outside our control.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry. We read it, we reply, that's it.
How we store it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox via SMTP and are not stored in a database. Email is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship, after which it is deleted.
Our server infrastructure is hosted in the EU.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. None.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which logs your IP address per Google's own privacy policy
- Unsplash — one background image is loaded from Unsplash's CDN, subject to Unsplash's privacy policy
We have no control over how these third parties handle data. We recommend reviewing their respective policies if this is a concern.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
